About the Role
BlackRock’s Legal and Compliance (L&C) COO Technology Team is seeking an RPA / Business Analyst Associate to design and implement automated solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risks, and drive operational scale. You will work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to deliver RPA solutions for the Legal and Compliance department, collaborating with global stakeholders and leveraging industry-leading tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for automation projects.
- Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Support and maintain existing RPA processes, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance RPA workflows to improve performance.
- Document processes and provide user training where needed.
- Deliver status updates and manage project deliverables.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Partner with engineering teams and third-party providers for solution delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in financial services or related industry.
- Knowledge of Legal and Compliance processes.
- Hands-on expertise with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Preferred: Experience with SQL, Excel VBA, Archer, Unqork, Aladdin data tables.
