About the Role
Bank of America is hiring for the role of Analyst – Global Business Services (GBS) under the Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) Coverage team. This role involves supporting senior investment bankers by developing analytical reports, managing data, and driving process improvements using advanced tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver scheduled management reports and analytical insights
- Execute business analysis and ad-hoc requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Design and implement new business intelligence solutions
- Ensure high data integrity across analytics and reporting processes
- Collaborate with teams across Global Banking and Markets for cross-platform initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA/MS (Finance) from reputed institutions; CFA/FRM preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in financial analysis, investment banking, or similar domains
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Access
- Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and other BI/ETL tools
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Flexibility to work across global time zones
Work Details
- Location: Mumbai, India
- Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM / 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (flexible shifts)
- Type: Full-time
- Weekend Work: Occasional, based on business needs
