About the Role
As an Associate Engineer, you’ll be part of a fast-paced cloud engineering team that’s shaping the future of AI-powered automation platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in microservices, Java development, and cloud technologies — perfect for a motivated fresher or early-career engineer passionate about automation and intelligent systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize scalable microservices and cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with global teams (USA, Baroda, Bangalore) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Build prototypes to explore new automation and optimization scenarios.
- Perform root-cause analysis and document designs, patterns, and processes.
- Maintain high code quality standards using Java, Spring, and REST APIs.
- Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Review, test, and debug software solutions to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of Java, JEE, REST APIs, JSON, and Spring/Hibernate.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture, cloud deployment, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on with JUnit, Mockito, Gradle/Maven, and Git/SVN.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure or AWS, NoSQL/Big Data, and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery).
