Role Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Build high-signal candidate pipelines using Boolean search, AI tools, and creative sourcing tactics.
- Screen, evaluate, and engage with candidates across the globe.
- Run internal TA programs like referrals, recruitment enablement, and hiring tool management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet talent needs quickly and effectively.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field) in India.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Argo, Apache Iceberg, or similar tools.
