About the Role
As an Operations Analyst at ANZ India, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate processing and reporting across NZ Personal Banking Operations. You’ll manage workflows, perform quality checks, and help deliver seamless customer service aligned with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal policies.
You’ll also collaborate across teams, drive process improvements, and support continuous learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of financial and operational targets for ANZ & NZ Operations.
- Ensure timely allocation of payments and transactions to customer accounts.
- Maintain accuracy in loan processing and credit condition checks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and meet SLA commitments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Support team knowledge sharing and act as back-up for the Production Lead.
- Maintain compliance with ANZ Risk & Behaviour policies and minimize operational risk.
