We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to join our team and strengthen our 24×7 Security Operations Centre (SOC). If you are passionate about incident response, threat hunting, and network security, this is your chance to play a key role in safeguarding millions of retail customers.
Job Description – Cyber Security Engineer
As a Cyber Security Engineer at Anko, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and responding to cyber threats in a fast-paced SOC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to cyber security incidents in a 24×7 SOC setup.
- Conduct triage, investigation, documentation, and reporting of incidents.
- Operate and monitor SIEM tools (Microsoft Azure Sentinel preferred).
- Stay up to date with threat actor TTPs, cyber trends, and vulnerabilities.
- Work on WAF management, DDoS mitigation, and threat analysis.
- Perform threat hunting to proactively identify risks.
- Support firewall and network security device management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in incident management and cyber response.
- Hands-on expertise with SIEM tools (Microsoft Azure Sentinel is a plus).
- Strong understanding of network security, firewall devices, and SOC operations.
- Working knowledge of WAF, DDoS mitigation, and threat hunting.
- Ability to analyze and respond to emerging cyber security threats.
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
