Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Analyst – Monitoring to join our Noida team. In this role, you will conduct Level 1 reviews of alerts generated from sanctions, blacklist, and watchlist screenings. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with AML/OFAC standards while contributing to a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Level 1 reviews of sanctions, blacklist, and watchlist alerts.
- Identify and escalate potential adverse findings to Lead KYC Specialists.
- Perform daily control reconciliations to ensure all alerts are properly addressed.
- Adhere strictly to AML/OFAC policies and compliance procedures.
- Stay updated on sanctions and AML-related regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet business goals and client expectations.
- Maintain high professional communication standards within and across teams.
- Proactively seek feedback, skill development, and new responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an interest in compliance, sanctions, and AML monitoring.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
