About the Role
Join the Financial Crime Risk (FCR) Data Integrity Team and play a crucial role in transforming strategies to fight financial crime. As an Analyst – Data Analytics, you’ll use your expertise in SQL, Python, and analytical tools to drive insights, strengthen AML frameworks, and help safeguard our global operations across 27+ markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced analytics to support financial crime risk management (FCR) initiatives.
- Work with large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and build actionable insights.
- Monitor KYC/KYB data health through dashboards (Tableau, Power BI).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Tech, PMO) to define AML risk strategies.
- Identify and remediate data/process gaps to mitigate potential risks.
- Support the development of data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience and reduce AML exposure.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Hive, R, or LUMI.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of credit risk strategy or payments industry.
