About the Role

As an Analyst – Risk Management within our Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) team, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Oversight (ERMRO) capabilities. Your expertise will help us ensure effective risk data aggregation, governance, and compliance across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement risk reporting systems and data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Data Office (EDO) and Business Unit Data Offices (BUDOs) to ensure data quality and controls.
- Conduct periodic assessments of risk systems, tools, and processes.
- Develop frameworks for governance of non-model tools in business processes.
- Provide independent oversight on risk-related tools and statistical calculations.
- Support regulatory compliance and partner with internal teams on safety and soundness regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in risk management or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Familiarity with OCC Heightened Standards and BCBS239 preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
