About the Role
Join Amazon’s GO-AI Operations team — the driving force behind automation in Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers. As an Associate, ML Data Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy through image and video data auditing that supports Amazon’s world-class automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze hundreds of short videos daily to identify and verify product placement.
- Use human judgment and digital tools to maintain stow quality and reduce defects.
- Meet defined performance goals for accuracy, speed, and productivity.
- Work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
- Adhere to predefined schedules and maintain data confidentiality.
Work Environment
- 24×7 rotational shifts (including night shifts with allowance).
- 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off.
- Option to work from home, with occasional office attendance.
- Dedicated workspace setup required for remote roles.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Strong visual attention and focus, even with blurry or unclear footage.
- Comfortable with image/video/text-based auditing tasks.
- Excellent team collaboration and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Contract duration: 6 months (non-technical role).
