Job Role and Responsibilities
- Provide technical and application support to global clients via phone, email, and Service Desk systems.
- Troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 issues and perform remote problem resolution.
- Create and manage user accounts for Fund Services applications.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand and analyze requirements.
- Review, update, and optimize support processes for improved performance.
- Maintain a customer-first attitude while adhering to escalation procedures when needed.
Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience) encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and application support tools preferred.
- Ability to work in APC/EMEA shifts.
- Self-motivated and capable of independent work when required.
