Role Overview
As a System and Application Services Associate, you will work in dynamic environments to support, analyze, and enhance solutions that meet client needs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to begin their journey in IT services, cloud support, quality engineering, or project operations.
Key Responsibilities
Infra Managed Services
- Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure services.
- Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Govern service delivery and operational enhancements.
Application / Cloud Support
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using strong problem-solving skills.
Project Control Services
- Support project management activities in delivery centers.
- Track deliverables, generate reports, and resolve operational issues.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to streamline project execution.
Low/No-Code Development
- Build applications using low-code platforms and visual interfaces.
- Configure systems based on client requirements.
- Analyze internal processes and implement automation.
Quality Engineering
- Design and execute test cases and testing scenarios.
- Prepare test reports and collaborate with development teams.
- Apply testing standards and methodologies for optimal software quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Non-Engineering graduates/postgraduates (B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, etc.).
- Year of graduation: Any year up to 2024.
- No active backlogs at the time of application and onboarding.
- No gaps during the degree duration.
- Must not have appeared for Accenture recruitment in the last 3 months.
- Less than 23 months of full-time work experience.
- Eligibility to work in India (specific rules apply to foreign nationals).
- Flexibility to work across time zones, shifts, business units, and locations.
