About the Role
LeewayHertz is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead ZBrain’s digital growth strategy. This leadership role demands expertise in AI, Generative AI, and SaaS ecosystems, with a proven track record in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and brand building.
As the Digital Marketing Head, you will define and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, manage a high-performing team, and position ZBrain as a thought leader in enterprise AI transformation. This is a remote opportunity in India, offering flexibility while driving innovation at a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to boost brand authority in AI.
- Lead high-ROI campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Create persuasive digital copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social content.
- Conceptualize and deliver video marketing content (demos, reels, customer stories).
- Implement SEO and content strategies to drive traffic and lead generation.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team aligned with business goals.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Clarity) for data-driven optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams on go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- 10+ years in digital marketing (AI, Generative AI, SaaS focus).
- 3+ years in a senior/leadership role.
- Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- Strong digital copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience in video marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven decision-making with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of AI/Generative AI industry trends.
Preferred Skills:
- B2B marketing experience in AI/SaaS products.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex AI concepts into engaging narratives.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
