Ansira, a global marketing agency, is looking for a detail-oriented Associate to join our team in Pune, India. In this role, you’ll support dealers and partners with advertising and funding programs while ensuring compliance with brand standards. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Compliance Review: Evaluate marketing materials against established brand guidelines, record results in databases, and share findings with advertisers.
- Campaign Monitoring: Conduct initial reviews of post-campaign activities to ensure advertisements align with program standards.
- Administrative Support: Handle essential office tasks including data entry, filing, letter processing, and mailing.
- Website & Quality Checks: Perform website functionality testing and quality control (QC) checks for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth program execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in an office environment; administrative or remote work experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
