Role Overview
As an Analyst – SC Advanced Analytics (Data & Insights), you will play a critical role in building dashboards, reports, and automation tools that support Supply Chain decision-making. You will collaborate with global business teams, IT, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, enabling efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across Supply Chain functions like Demand Planning, Deployment, Transportation, and Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders for requirements gathering, updates, and feedback.
- Perform ETL operations across multiple data sources (Data Lake, SQL, Oracle, AFO, SAP).
- Develop dashboards, tools, and reports using Tableau and SQL.
- Drive process improvements with automation and VBA solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Participate in technical/soft skills training and team engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
🎓 Education: Full-time graduation in BSc/MSc, BE/B.Tech, BCA/MCA, or MBA (Operations/Supply Chain)
💡 Skills & Tools:
- SQL (Intermediate level queries, procedures)
- Advanced Excel (Pivots, formulas, conditional formatting)
- VBA (Macro development, error handling)
- Tableau (Dashboard design & development)
- Basic Project Management & Problem-Solving Skills
Behavioral Competencies:

- Strong communication & collaboration
- Curiosity to learn with minimal supervision
- Ownership & accountability in delivering results
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Certifications in SQL, Excel & VBA, MIS Reporting
