About the Role
Morgan Stanley is hiring an Analyst to join the Client Onboarding team within Asia Wealth Management (AWM) Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for account opening, account maintenance, and account closure for Private Wealth Management (PWM) clients.
This is an Analyst-level position in the Product Support & Services team, providing critical transaction support and managing post-execution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process PWM account opening documentation for Asia region.
- Review and approve client documents, ensuring completeness before processing.
- Coordinate with business approvers to ensure timely account setup.
- Manage client account maintenance requests (e.g., address changes, referential data).
- Handle account closure requests with proper checks and balances.
- Ensure compliance, escalate risks, and support client service excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in client onboarding processes within financial services.
- Excellent attention to detail and deadline orientation.
- Ability to escalate and manage risk controls effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications.
