About the Role
As a Technical Solution Analyst at Oracle, you will play a key role in investigating and resolving issues within front-end applications and backend systems. You’ll engage in troubleshooting, testing workflows, gathering logs, querying databases, and cycling servers—all while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
This role requires you to balance client needs with business objectives while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot front-end application issues, apply fix tools, and test workflows.
- Perform backend tasks such as log collection, SQL queries, database field updates, and server cycling.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal collaborators.
- Document notes, resolutions, and create knowledge articles.
- Prioritize issues based on severity to meet both business and client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of four years of related work experience with a relevant academic qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in:
- Application Support
- Client/Customer Support
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across global teams.
- Readiness to work in the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST shift and flexible to provide on-call support.
