Job Summary:
Join Srigang Legaltax Victorious, a leading Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) company, as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you’ll support our marketing team in executing creative campaigns, managing content, and organizing events to boost brand visibility and client engagement across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
- Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
Content Management
- Create, edit, and manage marketing content (brochures, newsletters, website updates).
- Maintain the content calendar for timely delivery.
Social Media Coordination
- Manage company social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, engagement).
- Analyze social media trends and metrics to improve reach.
Event Planning
- Coordinate webinars, trade shows, and marketing events.
- Handle event logistics, materials, and follow-up activities.
Market Research
- Conduct industry trend and competitor research.
- Present findings to enhance marketing strategies.
Collaboration
- Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Liaise with vendors/agencies for specialized services.
Administrative Support
- Maintain marketing budgets and expense tracking.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
CRM & Lead Management
- Update and maintain the CRM database.
- Segment and target audiences to support lead generation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in marketing or communications preferred (LPO/legal industry a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, email marketing tools, and basic digital marketing analytics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and creative problem-solving.
Working Conditions:
- Minimal travel for events/training.
- Office environment with remote flexibility based on company policy.
