Role Overview – Graduate Trainee
We are looking for B.Tech/B.E Computer Science or related stream graduates with 0-1 years of experience who are passionate about software development, testing, and production support. As a Graduate Trainee, you will learn, adapt, and contribute to our cutting-edge fintech projects while gaining exposure to multiple technologies and real-world financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop job-specific skills
- Understand and apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in projects
- Assist in software testing, debugging, and maintenance
- Monitor production alerts and deployment activities
- Analyze application logs and perform database validation
- Develop and execute detailed test cases based on requirements
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement design specifications
- Participate in code reviews and improve coding skills
- Provide weekend and shift-based production support (APAC, UK, US hours)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering graduates (B.Tech/B.E – Computer Science or related) – Batch 2024 or 2025
- Knowledge of programming languages & willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of software and hardware concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
