About the Role
We are looking for passionate and talented Software Development Engineer 1 (SDE I) candidates to join our R&D team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to work on real-world software solutions while collaborating with industry experts.
As an SDE I, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications using object-oriented programming principles, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, C++, Python, or C#)
- Familiarity with version control, testing, and debugging
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, Spring, or Django
- Understanding of distributed database systems
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals
- Contribute to the technical architecture for scalability and adaptability
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks
- Mentor junior developers when required
- Participate in agile development cycles (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
