Role Overview
The Executive – Payroll Team will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees on payroll-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll for all employees on a monthly basis.
- Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, and variable compensation inputs.
- Ensure accurate salary, deductions, and reimbursement calculations.
- Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and statutory filings.
- Maintain updated employee records in HRIS/payroll systems.
- Respond to employee payroll and tax queries.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, LWF, and local labor laws.
