This is an excellent opportunity for Full Stack Engineers with expertise in Spring Boot (backend) and React (frontend) to work on innovative business applications that drive impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Backend & Frontend Development: Build, test, and maintain scalable applications using Spring Boot for backend services and React for user interfaces.
- Code Quality & Standards: Follow best practices, maintain clean code, and participate in code reviews.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Problem Solving: Identify and fix issues across the backend and frontend efficiently.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new technologies and expand skills beyond the Spring Boot/React stack.
- Agile Practices: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years in software development.
- Programming Skills: Strong knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Core Concepts: Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
- Version Control: Experience with Git.
- OS Knowledge: Familiarity with Linux/Unix.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem.
- Experience with React.js and related libraries/tools.
- RESTful API design and development skills.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
