Role Overview – Operations Analyst
As an Operations Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operations of provider credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment. You will collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless workflow execution. This role is fully remote and ideal for detail-oriented professionals passionate about improving healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, interpret regulations, and evaluate requirements for U.S. provider licensure and continuing medical education.
- Complete applications for provider credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment.
- Validate and authenticate provider data with 100% accuracy on internal systems.
- Communicate with clients and healthcare providers via email for additional information.
- Support monitoring activities and new client implementation projects.
- Prepare clear, concise guideline documents based on research findings.
- Assist with ad hoc operational projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong research skills, especially using Google and digital resources.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
