About the Role
As an Associate in Technology Partner – Social Advisory, you will support large-scale consulting and project implementation initiatives for government and public-sector clients. This role focuses on implementing Microservices-based architecture, overseeing project execution, supporting the Technology Partner, and ensuring seamless delivery aligned with state government objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Microservices-based architecture and support technology-led initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, monitoring slippages and raising issues proactively.
- Align project implementation with strategic objectives and governance frameworks.
- Develop performance monitoring structures and ensure vendor accountability.
- Coordinate with Technology Partners, Nodal Departments, and government agencies.
- Resolve technical, architectural, integration, infrastructure, and dependency issues.
- Prioritize resource allocation and guide Technology Partner teams for successful delivery.
- Support policy interpretation, interdepartmental coordination, and training requirements.
Required Skills
- Mandatory: Microservices Architecture, DevOps
- Preferred: Agile, IT Project Lifecycle, Government Project Support
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0–1 years
- Education: BE/B.Tech in CS/IT; MBA preferred
- Strong interest in eGovernance and public-sector digital transformation.
