Capgemini Exceller is hiring 2025 graduates for the Contact Support Group (CSG), the first line of IT support within Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services (CIS). As part of this dynamic and customer-focused team, you will manage IT incidents, service requests, and deliver best-in-class technical support across multiple global regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting through voice, email, chat, and digital support channels.
- Manage incident tickets: prioritize, categorize, track status, and ensure timely updates to customers.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and ticket analytics to support proactive service delivery.
- Work with Capgemini’s AI BOT CHIP to enhance customer experience and reduce resolution time.
- Handle support queries across Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, and Technology industries.
- Resolve internet-related issues, password resets, session resets, and profile changes.
- Ensure first-contact resolution, empathetic communication, and professional customer interaction.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base to improve service effectiveness.
- Operate in 24/7 rotational shifts across global time zones.

- Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure.
- Basic computing knowledge and troubleshooting mindset.
- Willingness to work night shifts and relocate across locations.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2025 graduates with any 3-year diploma or degree.
- Must have an active DigiLocker account and Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
