Capgemini Exceller is hiring 2025 graduates for the Contact Support Group (CSG), the first line of IT support within Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services (CIS). As part of this dynamic and customer-focused team, you will manage IT incidents, service requests, and deliver best-in-class technical support across multiple global regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting through voice, email, chat, and digital support channels.
  • Manage incident tickets: prioritize, categorize, track status, and ensure timely updates to customers.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools and ticket analytics to support proactive service delivery.
  • Work with Capgemini’s AI BOT CHIP to enhance customer experience and reduce resolution time.
  • Handle support queries across Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, and Technology industries.
  • Resolve internet-related issues, password resets, session resets, and profile changes.
  • Ensure first-contact resolution, empathetic communication, and professional customer interaction.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base to improve service effectiveness.
  • Operate in 24/7 rotational shifts across global time zones.

  • Willingness to work night shifts and relocate across locations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2025 graduates with any 3-year diploma or degree.
  • Must have an active DigiLocker account and Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for virtual assessment.
  • Candidates must arrange their own setup for the online selection process.
