About the Role
Cognizant is hiring fresher Analyst Trainees across India for its IT, Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services, and Integrated Smart Operations teams. This is a great opportunity for graduates looking to begin their careers in IT support, cloud operations, service management, digital workplace technologies, and data analytics.
Job Responsibilities
Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
- Write database queries, perform CRUD operations, and create stored procedures.
- Prepare and execute manual/automated test cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service tickets as per SOPs.
- Use ITSM and Data Analytics tools effectively.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical thinking, and innovation.
Analyst Trainee – Multicloud
- Manage and administer computing environments and production servers.
- Support Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, & Cloud platforms.
- Follow SOPs, customer security guidelines, and productivity metrics.
- Participate in continuous service improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
- Provide first-level technical support to global clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and minimize downtime.
- Log, track, and document IT tickets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain knowledge-base articles.
- Work in office and rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
For IT & Integrated Smart Operations
- 3-year UG degree: BCA, BSc (CS/IT), Math, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics)
- Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma & UG (no rounding-off).
- No arrears at the time of joining.
For Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services
- Any 3-year UG degree: BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.
- Minimum 50% in academics (no rounding-off).
- No standing arrears.
Common Requirements
- Indian nationals/OCI residing in India.
- Flexible to relocate, work in shifts, and work from any Cognizant office.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
