About the Role
Deloitte is hiring an Associate Analyst – Learning Admin to support the Learning & Talent Support Services team for the North-South Europe (NSE) region. If you enjoy learning administration, customer service operations, and want to begin your career with a global leader, this role is a great opportunity.
You will provide first-line administrative support, ensure seamless learning operations, and help deliver a high-quality experience to users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Add and manage classes in the Deloitte Learning Management System.
- Process scheduled reports and prepare delegate lists.
- Distribute electronic training materials and pre-work.
- Close classes and handle post-course evaluations and feedback.
- Ensure timely and accurate system updates following procedural guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with Data Protection regulations.
- Deliver services within defined SLAs and OLAs.
- Support additional Learning Support Services functions as needed.

Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate degree
- 0–1 year experience in learning administration, back-office operations, or customer service
- Good MS Office proficiency
Preferred:
- Experience in training & development domain
