We are looking for passionate, analytical, and curious minds to join our Insights & Analytics team as Decision Analytics Associates.
Role Overview
As a Decision Analytics Associate at ZS, you will work closely with global clients, leveraging advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and problem-solving techniques to deliver insights that shape business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide Associates, and help drive data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Build and apply advanced statistical and analytical models to solve dynamic business challenges.
- Use tools like R, SAS, Tableau, VBA, Excel, and more to design custom analyses.
- Leverage data analytics to guide internal and client decision-making.
- Present results through clear oral and written communication.
- Develop strong client relationships as a key point of contact.
- Support project deliverables, updates, and solution implementation.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability-building.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong quantitative/analytical coursework (Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Management Science, etc.).
- 0–3 years of experience in analytics or related fields.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R, Java).
- Exposure to Hadoop ecosystem, databases, or cloud data tools.
- Proficiency with analytical tools (R, SAS, Tableau, VBA).
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
- High motivation, adaptability, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
