Role Overview
Quest Global is hiring a NOC/SOC Analyst to strengthen our security monitoring and incident response capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for real-time threat detection, network monitoring, and collaborative incident handling to ensure secure and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to SOC processes, policies, and timely reporting requirements.
- Conduct continuous security monitoring of logs, alerts, and network traffic.
- Perform network monitoring to identify outages, performance issues, and anomalies.
- Respond to security and network incidents in real time, investigate root causes, and mitigate threats.
- Stay updated with the latest threat intelligence, TTPs, and cyber trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams for quick and effective resolution.
- Prepare and share periodic security reports, metrics, and insights with management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO.
- Familiarity with attacker techniques, procedures, and threat intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in high-paced security environments.
