About the Role
GlobalLogic is hiring Associate Analysts to support AI and Machine Learning development through high-quality data annotation and content labeling. If you’re detail-oriented, proficient with computers, and eager to start a career in AI/ML, this is the perfect opportunity to grow in a fast-paced digital engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually label and annotate text, audio, video, and image datasets as per guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of labeled data.
- Understand written instructions and follow structured annotation standards.
- Describe visual/audio content using proper grammar and clarity.
- Interpret audio clips accurately with strong listening skills.
- Work with large datasets and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Troubleshoot annotation challenges and maintain data quality.
- Assist in gathering non-personal data (images, audio clips, receipts, buildings, roads, vehicles, etc.).
- Adapt to new tools, software, and AI training platforms quickly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
- Fast learner with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent reading, writing, and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working on-site and in 24×7 shift environments.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and data processing is a plus.
