Job Overview
Resillion is hiring Graduate Operations Interns (2025 passouts) to support our operations team in managing client requests, monitoring portals, and ensuring smooth workflow execution. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced operational environment, this is the perfect opportunity to begin your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the client portal and track new requests in the self-assignment pool.
- Quickly claim and assign tasks to maintain smooth team operations.
- Refresh and observe portal updates to ensure timely action.
- Use browser extensions to track activities and maintain workflow compliance.
- Manage two-factor authentication for secure access.
- Communicate efficiently with the team through Microsoft Office and Slack.
- Escalate issues promptly to ensure seamless task execution.
Qualifications
- B.A / B.Com / BBA – 2025&2026 Pass-out.
- Strong attention to detail with quick response and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Slack, and basic productivity tools.
- Reliable internet connectivity (for remote work when required).
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills.
