About the Role
Bank of America is hiring Software Engineers (Freshers – Class of 2026) for its Global Technology division. As part of a globally integrated technology team, you will work on next-generation platforms across mobile banking, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, AI/ML, microservices, and enterprise data systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert business requirements into scalable technical design specifications.
- Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Perform coding, unit testing, integration, and documentation activities.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes—branching, pull requests, conflict resolution & release notes.
- Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for new technologies.
- Collaborate with global teams to support banking, trading, and market platforms.
- Identify and resolve software incidents or issues with speed and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech/B.E (Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering)
- Eligibility: Final-year students graduating in 2026 only
- CGPA: Minimum 7/10 or 70% with no backlogs
- Experience: Freshers only
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in at least one language: Java, Python, C#, C++
- Understanding of:
- Distributed systems, application frameworks, databases
- Data visualization tools
- Agile, JIRA, Linux/Unix
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software lifecycle activities
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basics of AI/ML, cloud platforms, automation tools
- Problem-solving & analytical ability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and professional work ethic
