Role: Executive – KYC
Role Purpose
As a KYC Executive, you will ensure compliance-driven, accurate data management across KYC renewal and validation processes. You will drive timely updates, reconciliations, and audit reporting to support regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure KYC scrubbing tasks meet daily timelines and accuracy levels
- Handle daily production requirements and track progress
- Prepare and publish daily refusal reconciliations
- Publish high-risk reports for compliance audits
- Manage scheduled customer communication
- Maintain accurate data updates for KYC renewal, add-on renewal, PAN data, and address changes
- Perform KYC deduplication as per defined TAT
- Close incorrect PAN cases and in-progress cases daily
- Publish Wrong & Refusal Actioning Audit reports
- Conduct reconciliation for V+ vs Card One and other KYC databases
- Identify automation opportunities using macros/tools
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance
Measures of Success
- Accuracy percentage
- TAT for data management and KYC duplication
- Number of automation/improvement initiatives
- Process adherence as per MOU
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with data management tools preferred
- Basic understanding of KYC regulatory compliance
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred Industry: Financial Services (FSI)
