Role Overview
EA is looking for a Quality Analyst Intern to join its Quality Verification team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring EA’s games deliver seamless, enjoyable, and bug-free experiences. If you love gaming, have a sharp eye for detail, and are eager to learn modern quality practices—including AI-driven testing—this is your opportunity to grow with one of the world’s top gaming studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the game, review test plans, and perform feature tests to validate expected vs actual results.
- Own specific game areas, run test cases, investigate design issues, and share feedback with designers.
- Work closely with engineers, artists, and production teams to ensure all features meet EA’s quality standards.
- Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities, and quality gaps, sharing insights with teams and management.
- Create clear test reports and data visualizations to support decision-making.
- Explore and apply AI-driven tools to automate repetitive testing tasks and enhance test coverage.
- Stay updated on AI trends in game development—automated playtesting, predictive analytics, NLP for feedback, etc.
Required Skills
- Genuine passion for games and quality.
- Experience playing games on mobile, PC, or console.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Awareness of AI concepts, automation, and data-driven testing practices.
- Familiarity with prompting AI tools for accurate outputs.
Good to Have:
- Experience with data visualization/reporting tools and basic data querying.
