Position Overview – Tax Analyst
As a Tax Analyst, you’ll work closely with senior tax professionals to prepare tax returns, research tax policies, and deliver timely, accurate compliance work for global clients. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in tax analytics, client engagement, and cross-border collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely tax returns and compliance forms.
- Research and apply tax theory and regulatory updates.
- Assist in client engagements and special tax projects.
- Communicate effectively with global teams across sectors and geographies.
- Identify process improvements for better efficiency.
- Ensure all work aligns with EY’s compliance and quality standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong accounting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Office Suite, and web-based tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with minimum 60% marks.
- No active backlogs.
