Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Analyst – Accounts Payable to join our dynamic Finance team in Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately following standard operating procedures.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely reporting.
- Generate and update Accounts Payable reports.
- Perform rectification entries and ensure error-free transactions.
- Manage vendor master records per compliance standards.
- Conduct invoice quality checks and assist with payment releases.
- Suggest and implement innovative process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- 0–1 year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and teamwork orientation
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
