Role Overview:
As a Trainee, Workforce Management (WFM), you’ll play a key role in supporting Contact Center operations by tracking schedules, monitoring performance, and maintaining service-level goals. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to launch their careers in WFM or contact center analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time performance across multiple communication channels (voice, chat, email).
- Learn and apply WFM metrics such as adherence, occupancy, and service levels.
- Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Shadow experienced professionals to understand intraday management and escalation processes.
- Manage schedule exceptions, attendance, and agent status updates.
- Participate in structured training and continuous learning sessions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and different time zones.
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of WFM metrics (e.g., Service Level, AHT, Occupancy).
- Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Interest in contact center analytics and real-time workforce planning.
