We’re now hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join our DBS Transformation India team. If you’re driven by innovation, collaboration, and creating real-world impact—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear, structured communication and goal alignment.
- Review and oversee test strategies, plans, and scenarios for quality assurance.
- Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate challenges.
- Apply design thinking and customer-centric methodologies to ensure seamless change management.
- Drive strategic business transformation aligned with HSBC’s goals and competitive strategy.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience in managing business and technology changes in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Agile mindset with hands-on experience in workshops, requirements management, and scope definition.
- Sound knowledge of the banking and financial services domain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
