Role Overview
As a KYC Analyst at Barclays, you’ll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day business operations including processing, reporting, and issue resolution. You will collaborate across teams, enhance process efficiency, and ensure compliance with global standards in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business areas through daily operational activities such as processing, reviewing, reporting, and trading.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to streamline and integrate operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and risk controls.
- Prepare performance reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to operational innovation.
