About the Role:
Join PayU as a Graduate Trainee – Associate Integration Engineer, where you’ll be part of our Software Integration Team — the backbone that connects platforms, systems, and technologies to deliver a unified digital payment experience.
You’ll collaborate directly with developers and merchants to troubleshoot, integrate, and optimize PayU’s APIs, ensuring smooth transaction experiences. This is an incredible opportunity to learn from industry leaders, build cutting-edge payment solutions, and accelerate your career in fintech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to merchants during pre/post integration phases.
- Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate and collaborate with developers and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and escalate issues where needed.
- Support merchants with Level 1 troubleshooting and integration guidance.
Qualifications:
- Batch: 2024 / 2025 graduates preferred.
- Degree: B.Tech/B.E in CS, IT, or related technical fields.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of web development in one or more: Java, JavaScript, Python, C/C++, C#, PHP, VB.NET.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and innovate in a dynamic fintech environment.
