Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic Insurance Analytics team. You will work closely with business and data teams to derive insights, automate dashboards, and drive strategic decisions that fuel Paytm’s growth in the insurance ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and process data from multiple sources using automated tools.
- Identify and resolve data integrity or coding issues.
- Develop and maintain organized databases and reporting systems.
- Prepare analytical reports highlighting trends, forecasts, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Build automated dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
- Provide data-driven business insights to support decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis or related analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Advanced SQL, Python or R, MS Excel, Hive.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with large-scale data handling and web analytics platforms is a plus.
- Excellent documentation and presentation abilities.
- Graduate degree required; candidates from premium institutes preferred.
