About the Role
Deloitte’s Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team is looking for a FinCrime Investigator (Junior Analyst) to help organizations effectively navigate financial crime, risk, and regulatory challenges. You’ll work with global clients to identify, investigate, and prevent financial crimes while ensuring compliance with AML and KYC standards.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations, KYC reviews (CDD/EDD), and fraud assessments.
- Perform transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and risk analysis.
- Support clients in meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
- Analyze complex entity documentation, reports, and customer data.
- Utilize advanced data and AI-driven tools to detect suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compliance solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BA, or BBM (or equivalent).
- Experience: 0–3 years in banking, financial services, or operations.
- Strong research, investigation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data interpretation.
- Understanding of AML/KYC regulations (US/Non-US).
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts for client service projects.
