Role Overview:
As an Associate Systems Analyst on the Systems Solutions Team, you’ll play a key role in monitoring mission-critical software applications across global client environments. You’ll ensure system stability, resolve issues proactively, and help maintain the reliability and accuracy of SS&C’s enterprise platforms supporting financial trading, data transfer, and connectivity (FIX protocol).
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor client environments to ensure uptime and system reliability across APAC, EMEA, and NOAM regions.
- Analyze and resolve application alerts and FIX message issues using advanced monitoring tools.
- Escalate and troubleshoot critical alerts across SS&C’s proprietary systems and data services.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Engagement Managers to maintain clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Develop repeatable, efficient implementation processes for client integrations.
- Identify and improve areas of operational inefficiency within internal workflows.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a technical knowledge resource.

- A proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experienced (or eager to learn) in monitoring systems, FIX protocol, and data transfer services.
- Passionate about ensuring system uptime, accuracy, and performance in a fast-paced environment.
