About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting Functional) to join our Finance team — the group that drives Revolut forward with clarity, insight, and strategy. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our Axiom platform to meet global regulatory reporting obligations while collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Expand Axiom solution coverage for new markets, products, and reporting needs.
- Translate complex business objectives into clear, functional requirements.
- Prepare end-to-end process documentation and scalable delivery playbooks.
- Conduct UAT testing and validate data/report accuracy using SQL.
- Support EBA reporting processes like CoRep and FinRep.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Identify and escalate risks through detailed gap analysis.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong experience in SQL, Axiom, and financial data analysis.
- Proven background in regulatory reporting frameworks (CoRep, FinRep).
- Understanding of banking products and transaction life-cycles.
- Experience documenting business requirements and writing specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-time-zone communication.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, fintech-driven environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with global finance systems in fintech or regulated institutions.
- Exposure to data integration and automation tools for reporting.
