About the Role:
Concentrix is seeking a Technical Support Engineer I (IT Operations) to provide comprehensive end-user support across desktop, network, telephony, and application environments. You will handle troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades of IT systems and peripherals while ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence in a 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, telephony, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows 11, O365, MS Teams, VPN, and network configurations.
- Perform RCA, incident, and problem management within ITIL frameworks.
- Manage SLA/SLO performance and collaborate with global IT platform teams.
- Participate in site IT operations, shift management, and global automation initiatives.
- Support onboarding, ramp-ups, client visits, and IT service delivery for new accounts.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, COPC, and organizational IT security policies.
- Handle patch management, DNS/DHCP, file servers, and data center cabling.
- Monitor ticket queues, publish daily dashboards, and maintain IT documentation/playbooks.
- Work in rotational and predominantly night shifts within a 24/7 operations setup.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
- Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and software support.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN management.
- Proficiency in RCA, SLA management, and IT compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
