About the Role
Reliance Industries is looking for a passionate and dynamic Trainee Engineer (Reservoir) to join our Manufacturing division in Navi Mumbai. This is a unique opportunity for engineering graduates eager to grow their careers in operations, maintenance, IT, and techno-commercial roles within India’s leading energy and petrochemical company.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and gain hands-on experience across operations, maintenance, IT, and techno-commercial functions.
- Understand end-to-end processes and systems for efficient company operations.
- Participate in refinery activities such as major projects, turnarounds, and safety initiatives.
- Supervise and monitor the work of contractors while planning maintenance activities.
- Attend operational meetings to understand roles and responsibilities of various teams.
- Promote Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards at all times.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance technical and managerial skills.
Education & Experience
- First-class degree in Engineering (minimum 60%) in a relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Demonstrated participation in seminars and projects with strong analytical and leadership skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of refining and petrochemical processes.
- Familiarity with technologies such as SAP, Mobility, SharePoint, Java.
- Understanding of equipment, project planning, and management principles.
- Strong teamwork, ownership mindset, and communication skills.
