Role Overview – Operations Associate (US Shift)
As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth lead conversion, exceptional customer experience, and consistent sales performance for our US student market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Engage inbound leads, guide students through the booking process, and secure successful conversions.
- Customer Support: Understand and fulfill students’ unique accommodation needs with personalized recommendations.
- Market Expertise: Develop strong insights into housing options, pricing, and locations.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data and track interactions efficiently.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Supply teams to streamline operations and improve performance.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication in neutral English.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Organized, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Experience with CRM tools preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree with 60% or above in academics.
- Prior experience in telesales, real estate, or customer service is an advantage.
