Deloitte is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist (Analyst) to join our Learning Operations team in Hyderabad. You’ll be part of a team that delivers end-to-end administrative and backend learning support for Deloitte Member Firms worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support for planning and delivering learning programs.
- Manage systems and perform accurate data entry.
- Communicate effectively with internal clients and team leads.
- Conduct quality checks before submission to ensure accuracy.
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned processes and tasks.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to common business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA/Postgraduate degree.
- 0–5 years of experience in Learning or Backend Operations.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Excel (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates).
- Knowledge of email etiquette and basic PowerPoint.
- Experience with platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, Saba Meeting/Centra preferred.
- Ability to manage tickets/cases and interact effectively with clients.
