About the Role:
We’re looking for a Support Analyst (L1) to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with global customers, solve complex technical challenges, and be part of a company shaping the AI-driven future of customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product and software issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) for escalations.
- Document technical issues and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Support AI and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and debugging tools (e.g., Chrome Developer Tools).
