About the Role
HSBC is hiring an Analyst – Intern for its Risk and Compliance division in Bangalore. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Traded Risk Analytics, model development, and governance activities while working with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to build deployment roadmaps.
- Deliver actionable analytics insights and recommendations for stakeholders worldwide.
- Support model development, monitoring, and audit/regulatory submissions.
- Drive innovation in analytical solutions to improve business performance.
- Manage multiple projects related to Traded Risk Analytics and governance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across global risk teams.
Requirements
- No prior experience required (ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals).
- Proficiency in Python, MS Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
- Strong analytical and business problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
